Opening in 2024.  Eastin Easy Gangtok, Sikkim, is strategically located 4,650 feet above sea level in the city of Gangtok, offering scenic views. The hotel presents 80 well-appointed and comfortable rooms, a mix of Superior, Deluxe, and Suites. Facilities include a Multicuisine All Day Dining Restaurant, Bar, Banquet, Signature U Spa and Gym. 

Opening in 2024, spread across 7 acres, is Eastin Resort and Spa Dapoli, the first International Resort from Thailand in Dapoli, Ratnagiri District. The property offers 70 villa rooms and facilities, including an All Day Dining Multicuisine Restaurant, Bar, Spa, Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, and Banquets. Dapoli, a coastal hill station in the Konkan Belt of Maharashtra, is positioned in a beautiful setting of natural beauty, hills, forests, and a sea stretch. The climate is fresh and relaxed throughout the year, about 800 feet above sea level. It also harbours beaches, forts, waterfalls & lakes. 

The Eastin Hotel Vientiane Laos is targeted to open in 2023.  Eastin Hotel Vientiane will feature 94 deluxe rooms, suites, and world-class modern facilities for all guests comfort.  The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym.

Opening in 2023.   Eastin Resort Rayong Thailand is a luxury resort project featuring an eclectic style of modern and eco-friendly architecture that offers a high-quality living environment with its proximity to nature and scenic views of Payoon Beach.  Eastin Resort Rayong will be an intimate full-service resort featuring 158 rooms and suites with sizes ranging from 40 – 130 sqm.  All accommodation features free Wi-Fi and deluxe in-room amenities.  Other facilities include a signature restaurant, gym, beach bar, large swimming pool, and meeting rooms.  The resort is located on Payoon Beach and is just a 15-minute car ride to Rayong city centre and only 2 hours away from Bangkok.

Due to opening in 2024, Eastin Hotel Harbour Bangkok is close to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, MRT and expressways. The hotel will consist of 456 deluxe rooms and suites and feature first-class facilities, including an all-day dining restaurant and pool bar, an executive lounge, a swimming pool, a fully equipped high-tech gym, a rooftop garden and 500 sqm of meetings and events space.

Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai Bangkok will be a mixed-use complex with hotel elements and office space with some retail.  The hotel’s targeted date of opening will be in 2023.  Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai Bangkok has a great location with direct access to Phayathai BTS Skytrain station.  It will consist of 494 rooms and suites, ranging from 34 sqm – 154 sqm, including superior rooms, deluxe rooms, suites, and a honeymoon suite.  Other facilities will include a 1,200 sqm all-day dining market-style restaurant, a wine bar, a speciality restaurant, a seafood market by ‘Chef Man’ Chinese restaurant, Starbucks, an outdoor large swimming pool with pool bar, gym, and an executive lounge.
