Rooms and Rates

WHAT TYPES OF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE RESORT AND WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES?

All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.

ARE YOUR RESORT RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?

The rates charged are per room, with double occupancy in Superior rooms and One Bedroom Suites and quad occupancy in Two Bedroom Suites

HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

DOES MY ROOM RESERVATION REQUIRE ANY GUARANTEE?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY RESORT RESERVATION WITHOUT INCURRING A CANCELLATION CHARGE?

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department or cancel in the booking system before 6pm on your arrival date. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?

Each Superior room and One Bedroom Suite can accommodate a maximum of three (3) people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed and an extra charge will be incurred.
Each Two Bedroom Suite can accommodate a maximum of six (6) people. Please note that the fifth and sixth beds will be rollaway beds and an extra charge will be incurred.

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?

We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms.

DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?

All rates are divided into two types; Room Only and Room including breakfast.

WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES OF THE RESORT?

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and checkout is at 12:00 noon. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLIER?

It is sometimes possible to check-in earlier but this is subject to availability. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECKOUT?

It is possible to have a late checkout as per room availabity, with the latest checkout being 14:oo hrs. Please note that , for checkouts after 18:00 hrs., an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?

Superior rooms and One Bedroom Suites are twin sharing. For triple rooms, an extra bed may be added with an extra charge. Two Bedroom Suites are quadruple sharing.

ARE KING SIZE BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?

Yes, they are available in all room types.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?

Yes, we do, but only in our Two-Bedroom Suites. 

DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?

All rooms are non-smoking, but we provide designated smoking zones in the swimming pool area and car park.

ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?

All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.

IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?

The entire resort is set up for free wireless or broadband internet access. You can contact the front desk for a username and password. Both Broadband and WIFI internet access are available in every room.

Travelling With Children

IS A BABYSITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Yes, a babysitting service is available at We Play. An extra charge is applied.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

We have a Kids Club. Open from 10.00 am – 8.00 pm hrs. An additional expense may be charged.

ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOMS?

Baby cots are available on request.

ARE “HIGH CHAIRS” AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?

Yes, they are.

WHAT IS YOUR CHILD POLICY?

Our child policy is for those of 16 years of age and below.

Dining

WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?

A breakfast buffet is served in Splash Restaurant between 6:00 - 11:30 hrs. The restaurant is located at the pool side.

HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?

We have 1 main restaurant in the resort named Splash, which serves an outstanding choice of international cuisine. Additionally, there are 2 more restaurants in the club house complex; Chef Man restaurant offers fine Cantonese cuisine and the Shark Bite Restaurant serves a selection of international dishes. For more information, please visit our dining section.

IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT?

A selection of vegetarian dishes is available.

IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Yes, there is.   

DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?

Not yet. Last orders for room service are at 11:00 pm 

General Resort Information

IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE RESORT?

The free-form swimming pool and the standard swimming pool are on the ground floor, in front of the fitness centre. Open from 6:00 – 20:00 hrs. 

IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER IN THE RESORT?

The fitness center is on the ground floor close to the swimming pools. Open from 6:00 – 22:00 hrs. 

DO YOU HAVE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Yes, we do.

HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?

The car park can accommodate up to 50 cars.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PUBLIC TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It takes approximately 15-30 minutes to get from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to the resort. The cost ranges from THB 180 - 250 for a public taxi.

CAN I GET TO THE RESORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?

The resort’s location is very near to Suvarnabhumi International Airport and therefore we recommend you take a taxi or a limousine.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR THE DISABLED TRAVELER?

Yes, we have pathways designed for wheelchairs and handicap guest rooms

CAN THE RESORT RECONFIRM MY ONGOING FLIGHT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?

Yes, the reception staff will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.

IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?

We have a doctor on call 24 hours.

CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE RESORT?

We regret that there is no massage service available.

HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL TO THE RESORT?

The nearest international standard hospital is 25 minutes’ drive away.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST BANK OR CURRENCY EXCHANGE?

The closest bank is at the Market Village mall which is 15 minutes’ drive away. 

WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN THAILAND?

The currency in Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB). 

CAN BAGGAGE BE STORED AT THE RESORT WHILST I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN THAILAND?

WHAT VOLTAGE DO YOU USE IN THAILAND?

The voltage in Thailand is 220 V.

IS IT SAFE TO DRINK TAP WATER IN THAILAND?

It is not advisable to drink the tap water in Thailand. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?

As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February, when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is in March - May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September, although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN THAILAND?

The dress code in Thailand is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

Business Travelers

CAN I CONNECT MY LAPTOP IN THE ROOM?

Yes, we provide Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and the entire building is also wireless enabled.

Shopping and Tourist Facilities

ARE THERE ANY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTRES NEAR THE RESORT? AND, IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY?

There are many shopping complexes near the resort, including Mega Bangna, which is only 20 minutes’ drive away. The free shuttle van service from the resort to Mega Bangna is available 4 times a day at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00 hrs.

IS THE HOTEL FAR FROM THE SKYTRAIN?

The hotel is only 25 minutes’ drive from the BTS Skytrain at Bang Na station.
