WHAT TYPES OF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL?
Our room types are Superior Panorama, Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, One-Bedroom Suites, Premium One-Bedroom Suites, Two-Bedroom Suites, Premium Two-Bedroom Suites and Penthouse Suites. Please refer to “Rooms” for more details.
ARE YOUR HOTEL RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?
The rates charged are per room (double occupancy)

DOES MY ROOM RESERVATION REQUIRE ANY GUARANTEE?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT INCURRING A CHARGE?
It depends on the booking conditions, therefore, kindly contact our reservation team for more information.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) people, except for the Two-Bedroom Suites and Premium Two-Bedroom Suites, which can accommodate up to five (5) people.
Please note:
- In the Superior Panorama (King) room, the third bed will be a daybed, available at an extra charge of THB 1,000 per night.
- In the Deluxe rooms, the third bed will be a daybed, available at an extra charge of THB 2,000 per night.
- In the Premium One-Bedroom Suites and Premium Two-Bedroom Suites, the third bed will be an extra bed, available at an extra charge of THB 2,000 per night.
- For the Premium Deluxe, One-Bedroom Suites, and Two-Bedroom Suites, neither a daybed nor an extra bed is available.

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.
DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
It depends on the room rate you select. On our hotel’s website, we offer both room-only rates and room rates that include breakfast.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF HOTEL?
The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is at 12:00 hrs.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLY?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier; however this is subject to room availability. Ready and welcome, guaranteed - Let us know your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival and we guarantee your room will be ready by our check-in time policy (14:00 hrs.) otherwise the 1st night is free. If you arrive before check-in time, you will be able to check-in early only if rooms are available.
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-out time to 18:00 hrs., an additional half day’s charge will apply at the regular room rate. Any check-outs after 18:00 hrs will be charged at a full day’s regular room rate.
WHAT BED TYPES DO YOU HAVE AND DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?
We offer rooms with either a king-sized bed (6.5 x 6.5 ft.) or twin beds (4 x 6.5 ft.).
For triple rooms, an extra bed or a daybed can be added at an additional charge.
For quadruple rooms, we have Two-Bedroom Suites and Premium Two-Bedroom Suites available.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?
Yes, we do. Bathtubs are available in the Deluxe, Premium Deluxe, Two-Bedroom Suites, Premium Two-Bedroom Suites, and Penthouse Suites.
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
All guest rooms and hotel public areas are non-smoking. Please be advised that in accordance with Thai laws, smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms. We have provided a designated smoking area located in front of the hotel.
Smoking in the room is subject to a fine of THB 2,000. Additionally, guests will incur a disinfection and cleaning fee of THB 5,000 per day. The fine will be applied and charged upon check-out.
ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the entire hotel and in every guest room.
DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD OR CASH DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN TO COVER INCIDENTAL EXPENDITURE?
Yes. As with most hotels, even when you have pre-paid for your room, we require a small deposit guarantee to cover possible incidental expenditure, such as when using the minibar, room service or dining at one of our restaurants. The incidental charge is THB 1,000, which can be paid by cash or credit card. If you decide to use a credit card, we will preauthorize the amount of THB 1,000 upon check-in. If there are no other expenses outstanding when checking out, we will contact the bank immediately to cancel the charge. Unfortunately, it may take between 7-14 days for the deposit to be cancelled due to bank policies and regulations, which are out of our control. Therefore, if you are only staying with us for 1-2 nights, we highly recommend that you pay this deposit in cash and we can then return it to you immediately upon checkout.
Traveling with Children
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
The hotel offers a Kid Swimming Pool on the 37th floor with a depth of 40 cm.
ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE?
Baby cots available upon request.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
We do have Kids' Amenities package to purchase at just THB 1,500 net per stay.
The package includes a Crib Set Up, Baby Bathtub, Baby Potties, Baby Changing Mat, Stroller, Bottle Sterilizer and Dryer, and Baby Gift Set including stuffed toys, a cozy baby blanket, a cute baby bib, essential baby bath amenities, a bath bomb, and gentle baby wipes.
ARE HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT?
Yes, they are.
WHAT AGE CONSTITUTES A CHILD AS MENTIONED IN YOUR POLICIES?
Children under the age of 16 sharing the same bed with their parents stay free of charge, with breakfast included (subject to booking conditions).

WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?
A breakfast buffet is served in the The Market@5 Restaurant on the 5th floor between 06:00 and 11:30 hrs. (Please note that the buffet line closes at 11:00 hrs., but guests are welcome to remain seated until 11:30 hrs.)
Executive Floor guests can also enjoy breakfast in the Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor between 06:00 and 11:30 hrs.

General Hotel Information
IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOTEL?
There are two swimming pools located on the 22nd and 37th floors. They are both open from 06:00 to 21:00 hrs.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTRE/GYM IN THE HOTEL?
The fitness centre is located on the 22nd floor and accessible 24 hours by key card. However, hotel staff will only be on standby from 06.00-22.00 hrs.
HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The car park can accommodate up to 800 cars.
DO YOU HAVE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?
Yes, we offer three types of laundry service:

Regular Service: Garments received before 12:00 hrs. will be returned the same day.

Express Service: Garments received after 12:00 hrs. will be returned the same day, with a 50% surcharge on the price list.

Urgent Service: Garments received after 15:00 hrs. will be returned the same day, with a 100% surcharge on the price list.
Child items will be charged at half price of the adult price.
DO YOU HAVE A LUGGAGE DELIVERY SERVICE?
Yes, we offer a luggage delivery service with same-day delivery to and from the hotel and airport. This service includes a trackable system and updates via email by Bellugg.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO TRAVEL BY TAXI OR LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It takes approximately 50 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel by highway, depending on the time of day. The cost ranges from THB 400 - 600 for a taxi plus an airport surcharge of 50 Baht.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A HOTEL LIMOUSINE/PRIVATE TOURS/TAXI RIDES DURING MY STAY AND TO/FROM THE AIRPORT?
An airport transfer can be arranged as follows:
Toyota Camry (one way) 1,950 Baht net (Maximum 3 persons and 2 luggages)
BMW Series 5 (per way) 2,950 Baht net (Maximum 3 persons and 2 luggages)
Toyota Commuter Van (one way) 2,600 Baht net (Maximum 8 persons and 8 luggages)
We have an airport representative to meet all our arriving guests and escort them to their transportation. The representative carries an Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai sign.
At Suvarnabhumi airport, for international flights and domestic flights, you will be met by our airport representative at the Arrival Hall - Exit B (GATE 5).
At Don Mueang airport, for domestic flights, you will be met by our airport representative at the Arrival Hall of Terminal 2 and international flights at the Arrival Hall of Terminal 1 (GATE 5).
Please contact our hotel concierge to arrange any private tours or other transportation you require. For pre-arrival airport transfer arrangements, please contact rsvn@eastingrandphayathai.com at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise, the service will not be available.
IS THE HOTEL FAR FROM THE SKYTRAIN?
The hotel has direct access to the BTS skytrain at Phaya Thai Station (N2) and to the Airport Rail Link Phaya Thai station (A8).
HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
You can reach the hotel by taking the Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, which takes approximately 30 minutes.
1. From the Airport: Take the Airport Rail Link (SA City Line) to Phayathai Station (A8). The fare is THB 45 per person per trip.
2. From Phayathai Station: Walk towards Phayathai BTS Station and take Exit 1 to access the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, which is situated in the Unicorn building.
A taxi from the airport will take a minimum of 50 minutes depending on the traffic and will cost about 400-600 Baht plus an airport surcharge of 50 Baht. For your convenience we recommend the hotel limousine, where you will be met by our airport representative in the airport’s arrival hall.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED TRAVELLER?
Yes, we have Superior Panorama rooms specially equipped for disabled travelers. These rooms are available on request at no additional charge but are subject to availability.
IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
We have a doctor on call 24 hours.
HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL FROM THE HOTEL?
An international hospital is just a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST BANK OR CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
The nearest bank is a 5-minute walk away. The banks in Thailand are open from 09.00 until 15.30 hrs., Monday to Friday only.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN THAILAND?
The currency in Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB).
CAN LUGGAGE BE STORED AT THE HOTEL WHILE I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN THAILAND?

The voltage in Thailand is 220 V.
ARE THERE ANY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTRES NEAR THE HOTEL AND IF SO WHERE ARE THEY?
Bangkok's premier shopping district, home to the iconic Central World, the luxurious Siam Paragon, and the bustling MBK is just a quick 2-stop ride on the BTS. For a more eclectic experience, the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market is only 5 stations away, offering a treasure trove of unique finds. If you're in the mood for a fashion spree, Platinum Shopping Mall is a mere 10-minute drive. And for those who enjoy shopping with a view, Asiatique The Riverfront is about 30-45 minutes away, depending on the traffic, providing a scenic riverside setting for your shopping adventures.
ARE THERE ANY CONVENIENCE STORES, SHOPPING MALLS OR RESTAURANTS IN THE HOTEL VICINITY?
Yes, there are several shops located within the hotel building on the 1st to 3rd floors. These include numerous restaurants, a dessert café, a coffee shop, a convenience store, hair and nail salons, and a flower shop.
